Access Statement

Our holiday park has privately-owned caravan holiday homes sited on level ground with nearby parking and paths leading to Holiday Homes. Caravans are accessed by either two or three steps with integral handrail. UPVC ramps and platforms with a non slip surface can be specified as an alternative.


For the safety of our guests we have had a 5mph speed limit throughout the park and one way system. The road is tarmac with car parking spaces of tarmac. We can supply a choice of caravan Holiday Home models for purchase which are designed for wheelchair access and limited mobility. There is parking opposite our facilities suite and a wheelchair-friendly toilet and washroom, easily accessible from our Reception area.


The park operates a small shop and can arrange delivery of bread, milk and groceries to private holiday home owners requiring assistance. For those needing assistance please call our reception in advance and we will endeavour to provide any necessary help.


Taxi services with ramped access can be arranged through reception in advance. Assistance dogs are welcomed on the park. A public telephone kiosk is available 24 hours a day. We also have a resident General Manager who is available overnight in cases of emergency.


Should you need any special assistance at any time during your visit with us, please ask any member of staff and they will do their utmost to help. We would also welcome any comments from you on how we may improve our park to ensure a happy and relaxed holiday for all our guests.
